    Hired to build a service design capability from zero. Grew the team to 34 designers delivering change across every part of the bank — from mortgages to current accounts. Became design director for retail, shaping a wider team of 100. Finished by product-owning a new digital service, then running a 'run-ahead' team using cutting-edge tech to solve unmet customer needs.
